Ashton Lines-Sherwood recently joined Oasis Engineering with a strong track record in sales leadership and commercial performance. He holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Honours) with a major in Psychology.
He has held senior leadership roles within large organisations, leading sales, marketing, customer service, and operations. Known for his direct, results-driven approach, Ashton brings clarity, structure, and accountability to drive performance and deliver growth.
His leadership style is grounded in a deep understanding of people and behaviour, with a focus on building disciplined, high-performing teams that execute consistently.
Outside of work, he values time with family, loves sports, and is an avid traveller.
Abhishek is a Senior Product Development Engineer with extensive experience supporting the design, validation and industrialisation of products within regulated manufacturing environments. He works closely with the Product Development Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, compliant engineering solutions across the full product lifecycle.
He also serves as Quality Manager, with responsibility for maintaining and improving the company’s quality management system. This includes oversight of document control, change management, nonconformance handling, risk management, internal audits and regulatory compliance activities.
Abhishek brings a strong risk-based mindset to both engineering and quality, helping ensure product changes are properly assessed, verified and controlled while supporting manufacturing efficiency and compliance.

Julie is a highly experienced finance professional with more than 20 years in the manufacturing industry. She brings strong expertise in cost control, budgeting and financial forecasting, with a clear focus on production profitability, compliance and informed decision-making.
She is experienced in implementing financial systems, improving reporting processes and working across teams to support sustainable business growth. Julie is known for her hands-on approach, strong analytical capability and ability to turn complex financial data into clear, practical insight.
Julie joined Oasis in 2024 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA, CGMA). Outside of work, she enjoys travel and keeps active with regular Zumba sessions.

Kyle joined the Oasis Product Development team in 2018 after completing a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and learning alongside some of the experienced people within the business. Since then, he has embraced Oasis’ focus on continuous improvement and client-driven design.
He particularly enjoys troubleshooting technical issues and developing practical solutions that help keep Oasis products and processes performing at a high standard.
Outside of work, Kyle puts those same problem-solving skills to use tinkering with his classic motorcycle, as well as spending time with his family and making great pizza.
Hadyn is a results-driven Operations Manager with over 29 years of experience with Oasis. No two days are the same for Hadyn – he will be involved in optimising production workflows and driving operational excellence within the fuel industry. Known for a hands-on approach to lean manufacturing, Hadyn has become an expert in lean manufacturing, logistics, and Oasis processes and is committed to building a high-performing, motivated team. With a strong technical background, Hadyn’s motivation is to bring the best products and services to fruition.

William joined the Oasis Product Development team in 2015 after completing his Engineering degree. Since then, he has helped create innovative solutions to technical challenges across a wide range of projects. Whether it is a simple change to an existing design or a completely new product requirement, he works to find the best solution using creativity and sound engineering principles.
William enjoys working closely with the wider Oasis team across every stage of development, from concept design through to production and assembly. This has given him strong knowledge across the full development process.
Continuous improvement is a key part of William’s focus, ensuring the way we deliver products in the future continues to build on the quality we offer today. Outside of work, William enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.

Hamish joined Oasis in May 2023 and brings a strong focus on client support and technical detail. With a degree in Chemical and Materials Engineering and a background in product management, he takes a practical approach to solving problems and improving processes.
He supports clients across the United States and Canada, working closely with them to understand requirements and provide reliable, informed guidance.
Outside of work, Hamish puts his voice to use in a local choir as a bass singer.

Felipe’s core focus is providing sales and technical support that helps clients achieve their goals. Since joining Oasis in 2008, he has used his engineering background and native Spanish to support customers across Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region.
He is passionate about identifying opportunities to improve performance and safety, both in existing operations and in new markets. Felipe regularly attends trade shows, visits client operations and provides practical technical advice where needed. He enjoys building strong relationships and working closely with clients to understand their challenges.
Felipe also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across the business, including Lean Manufacturing, product development and the implementation of Industry 4.0 within Oasis.

With more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Kevin brings deep leadership and engineering expertise to Oasis. He is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, and a member of the Institute of Directors.
Since joining Oasis in 2007, Kevin has led across R&D, product development, operations and general management. He also contributes to the wider sector as an advisory member of ExportNZ and Advanced Manufacturing Aotearoa.
Kevin is committed to continuous improvement, including Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0, and is passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Product Development. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling and golf.
