It’s not just about job titles; it's about seeing the real-world application of their skills and discovering what's possible.
To give them an authentic look at what we do, we created a short video featuring Aidan, one of our recent graduates. The video follows a product's journey from initial design and prototyping all the way through to manufacturing. It’s a great example of the hands-on work our team tackles every day.
