The Elaflex LNG Refuelling System was developed to use Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and media temperature down to -196 °C. The N-LNG nozzle is suitable for refuelling heavy vehicles with interface to EN ISO 12617. It also comes with fill line connection and integrated swivel function. The flow rate is up to 190 l/min (50 GPM) at a max. working pressure of 34 bar (3,4 MPa). We offer compatible LNG 25 fill line and LNG 13 vent line as well as accessories to protect the refuelling system from outer influences. The SB-LNG safety break protects the vehicle and LNG dispenser from drive-away incidents by separating the dispenser from the fill or vents line and closes the gas flow in both directions. The VC-LNG vent coupling reduces pressure in the LNG fuel tanks.
